Data Protection Policy
The project “Partnership between Civil Society Organizations to Influence Rights and Values,” referred to as the “PACT” project, is implemented under the “Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values” (CERV) Programme. The funding institution is the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), in accordance with the powers delegated to it by the European Commission.
The “PACT” project is carried out by a consortium including: 1) Open Society Institute – Sofia Foundation, 2) Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation, 3) The European Citizen Action Service (ECAS), in collaboration with its registered branch in Bulgaria. Each of the three organizations in the consortium is a personal data administrator as defined by the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
The organizations implement their own personal data protection policies independently.
