Тhe Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation (WCIF) and Open Society Institute – Sofia (OSIS) Foundation are opening their offices for partner meetings and consultations to support organizations wishing to apply for the PACT Partnership Fund.
During the meetings, you will be able to:
- meet with organizations to explore potential partnerships;
- discuss ideas and approaches related to your initiative
In order to ensure equal treatment of all candidates, the project team cannot respond to inquiries regarding the eligibility of a specific candidate, the initiative proposal being prepared, or any element thereof.
How to request a meeting?
Send an email to office@frgi.bg, specifying in the subject line: PACT – meeting.
Please include the following in your message:
- Your preferred location;
OSIS office, located at: Sofia, 56 Solunska St.
WCIF office, located at: Sofia, 7 Enos St., 6th floor, apt. 9
- preferred date and time;
- contact person and telephone number.

Meetings are scheduled, so we recommend that you submit your request in a timely manner.
You can request and hold a meeting with potential partners until October 10, 2025.

About the Partnership Fund
The Partnership Fund will support partnership initiatives between civil society organizations working primarily at the national level and local organizations with the necessary infrastructure to reach local communities in order to raise awareness of EU rights and values, as well as to strengthen and promote their acceptance.
Partnership applications from at least two organizations are eligible to participate in the Partnership fund call and receive funding for an initiative worth up to €60,000 without the need for their own contribution. The fund is managed by the Open Society Institute – Sofia (OSIS) Foundation. It is expected to support approximately 40 partnership initiatives by civil society organizations.
The deadline for applications is October 15, 2025, at 5 p.m.
About the PACT project
The Partnership Fund is part of the PACT project, which is implemented with the financial support of the European Union through the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) program in the amount of €4,264,112.97, equivalent to 90% of its budget. The funding institution is the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), in accordance with the powers delegated to it by the European Commission.
The project is implemented by a consortium consisting of: 1) Open Society Institute – Sofia (OSIS) Foundation, 2) Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation (WCIF), 3) European Civic Action Service (ECAS). The members of the consortium co-finance the implementation of the project with their own funds in the amount of €473,790, equal to 10% of its total value. You can learn more about the project here.
