If you are a civil society organization looking for a partner for a joint initiative to promote the values of the EU and the Charter of Fundamental Rights, join the online networking meetings organized within the Partnership Fund, part of the PACT project.

The meetings will take place online on June 5, 2025, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on July 3, 2025, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Register here.

During the meetings, you will learn more about the PACT project and the call for proposals under the Partnership Fund. You will learn about the benefits of partnerships, tips for successful collaborations, and opportunities to join a database for finding partners. In addition, there will be a special activity in groups divided by areas of interest for the purpose of exploring potential partnerships.

By participating in both online meetings, you will have chance to meet more representatives of organizations and potential partners through the special activity by area of interest.

The Partnership Fund will support partnership initiatives between civil society organizations working primarily at national level and local organizations with the necessary infrastructure to reach local communities in order to raise awareness of EU rights and values, strengthen them, and promote their acceptance.

Only partnership applications from at least two organizations can participate in the call for proposals under the Partnership Fund and thus receive funding for an initiative worth up to €60,000 without having to make own contributions. The fund is managed by the Open Society Institute – Sofia (OSIS) Foundation. It is expected to support approximately 40 partnership initiatives by civil society organizations.

The Partnership Fund is part of project PACT, which is implemented with the financial support of the European Union through the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme (CERV) for a total amount of €4,264,112.97, equivalent to 90% of its budget. The funding institution is the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), in accordance with the powers delegated to it by the European Commission.

The project is implemented by a consortium comprising: 1) Open Society Institute – Sofia (OSIS) Foundation, 2) Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation (WCIF), 3) The European Civic Action Service (ECAS). The members of the consortium co-finance the implementation of the project with their own funds amounting to €473,790, equivalent to 10% of its total value. You can learn more about the project here.
